WELCOME AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
CALL TO WORSHIP: Philippians 2:9-11
Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

REMEMBERING OUR SIN AND GOD'S AMAZING FORGIVENESS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST
Lord, quicken our hearts to turn away from sin. Temptations are often around us waging war against our souls.
We know, however, that no temptation has overtaken us that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let us be tempted beyond our ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that we may be able to endure it.
Yet Lord, often we pursue the lure of sin, seeking after the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and the pride of life. Show us mercy, Lord. Although we are undeserving, show us your path of forgiveness.
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
